Bridal Showers & Bachelorette events
For the bride that loves wine and wants to create memories with her BFFs and family. Some brides just want to do the winemaking experience and then go out to dinner, dancing or bar hopping. The winemaking experience event is great to get the night started for a bachelorette night. Your event can be during our business hours or after hours, just book in advance. The price is $30 per person. We offer discounts for 6 or more people.
For the real wine, beer or cider bride /groom lovers...The best bridal shower begin 2 months prior to the shower date. The Shower organizers (typically the Maid of Honor and/or the Mother of the Bride) come in for a tasting and then make a batch or two of wine (red and white) They pick the wines. On the day of the shower, the organizers come in 1 hour before the guests to decorate and either bring food or use our recommended caterer. The guests arrive, taste the wine and help to bottle it. The guests take home the wine they participated in bottling. Some of the wine goes to the bride and groom. A gift table is available and seating for your guests. We have various packages. Please specify if you want to bottle full size 750 ml bottles or 1/2 size 375ml bottles. Wine types also vary in price. Sweet wines, such as the Peach Apricot, Pomegranate Zin, Green Apple Riesling runs $225 for 30 full-size bottles; $300 for 60 1/2 size bottles. This includes the custom label and fancy foil caps. The dryer, reserve wines will cost more.
Party Packages Guests at your Bridal Shower will taste 6-8 wines, learn the art of wine-making and will help the bride bottle wine favors. Cost is $5 per bottle (375ml) with a 30 bottle minimum. We have local caterers so that you don't have to worry about the food, or you can bring your own food for your event.
Our most popular wines to make are Pomegranate Zinfandel, Green Apple Riesling, Black Cherry, Peach Apricot Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
